The National Procurement Commission (NPC) technical team took part in the Pre-Bid meeting for the Construction of Maliana II Irrigation Scheme, Bobonaro Municipality with the reference number TENDER/003/MAP-2024, at the NPC Meeting Room. The Pre-Bid meeting was attended by Mr. Martinho L. Soares, General Director for the Directorate of Forestry, Coffee and Industrial Plants of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Forestry who is the actual project owner. Companies’ representatives were also present and asked important questions about the above-mentioned tender process. NPC provided the necessary clarifications on the bid submissions and the meeting was led by Ms. Nayara Fernandes, as NPC’s Junior Procurement Officer.
The tender procedure will be based on the Legal Regime for Procurement, Public Contracts and its infractions, approved by the Decree –Law n º22/2022, 11th May.
