NPC’s national procurement officers take part in an international training provided by the Asian Development Bank on FIDIC conditions for claims and disputes, contract management and administration. The training will take place from the 10 th to the 15 th of June 2024, in the auditorium of the Novo Turismo Hotel, Díli. The opening ceremony was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Planning and Strategic Investment as well as NPC’s Executive Director (Mr. Hermingardo Albano Soares) and ADB’s Country Representative (Ms. Stefania Dina).
