The 27th of July 2023. The minister of the MPIE His Excellency Eng.Gastao de Sousa declares that he continues to place his trust in the current leadership of the structure of the National Procurement Commission (NPC).
He made this statement at the time that the MPIE Minister was visiting the NPC building in Balide. In this visit his ex. Eng. Gastao Sousa asks the current NPC leadership and staff to work responsibly and continue to elevate the dignity and integrity of the CNA institution.
Based on the Organic Law IX Constitutional Government, CNA is under the ministry of the MPIE which is led by His Ex.Eng.Gastao de Sousa.
