1st August 2023-The National Procurement Commission held submission of the Technical Proposal Documents for the Construction of New Training Office Building for Institution of National Public Administration (INAP) under project identification number: Tender/007/INAP-2023. There are three interested bidders who submitted their proposal for this project.
They are:
1- Lianyungan Huaxin Construction and Installation Engineering Co. Ltd (China) in JV with Alcomara Unipessoal, Lda. (Timor-Leste);
2- Bernard Shu International Construction, Lda. (Timor-Leste)
3- PT. Persad Mas Raya (PMR)-Indonesia in JV With Algis Eng. Consultancy Unipessoal, Lda. (Timor-Leste).
