Technical officer of National Procurement Commission held the Pre-Bid Meeting For The Construction Of The Baucau Municipal Capital Water Supply And Sanitation System with the ref No: Tender/025/BTL-2023 at the NPC meeting room. This meeting had a great participation from the companies interested in applying. The president of NPC Mr. Hermingardo Albano Soares also participated in that meeting and also the representative from Bee Timor-Leste (BTL E.P) as the contracting entity and the owner of the project, which provided the all clarification placed by the companies
This project Is financed by the world Bank and the tender procedure will be based on the legal regime for procurement, Public contracts and infraction, approved by the Decree –Law n.º22/2022 de 11 de Maio.
