The National Procurement Commission officers took part in the Technical Bid opening for the “Supervision Consultant (PSC) for the Baucau Municipal Capital Water and Sanitation Project”, with the reference number RFP/034/MOP-2023, at the NPC Meeting Room.  For this project, 7 consultants have participated in the competition.
During the technical bid opening, we could count with the presence of the Representative Technical Officer from Public Works, as the project owner.

The procedure will be based on the legal regime for procurement, Public contracts and its infractions, approved by the Decree –Law n.º22/2022, 11th May.
