The National Procurement Commission president, Mr. Hermingardo Albano Soares, along with our IT advisor, Mr. Nelson dos Santos, took part in the CAFI (Infrastructure Fund Administrative Council) meeting led by His Excellency the Minister of Strategic Planning and Investment - Mr. Gastão Francisco de Sousa – as the CAFI president. During this meeting, the president of the National Procurement Commission presented updates related to projects directly financed by the Infrastructure Fund.
