The ceremony of the Raising of the National Flag took place today, for the first time, at the premises of the National Procurement Commission, presided over by the Executive Director, Mr. Hermingardo Albano Soares, as the Inspector of the ceremony.
Mr. Ruben de Araújo was the commander of the parade and Ms. Nayara Fernandes was in charge of the protocol, while Mr. Teotónio Magno was the designated commander of the platoon.
The ceremony was also attended by three Civil Security officials who assisted in the process of hoisting the national flag. Finally, the Executive Director delivered a short speech, requesting NPC’s staff to continue to perform their duties with maximum integrity, professionalism and punctuality.
