Oecusse, 1^st of May 2024

On May 1^st, 2024, a NPC team went to Oecusse for a site visit in order to conduct  a comparative study of the Lifau statue. Together with a team from MACLN, NPC’s procurement officers carried out an analysis and its respective conclusions on the statue to be placed in the Santa Cruz Cemetery, in Dili, regarding the Construction of the November 12^th Memorial Monument.
