NPC’s Procurement of Works Coordinator, Mr. Valdo S. da Cruz, together with the technical team from the Attorney General’s Office, attended the price bid opening for the project of New Construction of Prosecutor Office, Residence and Support Building in Letefoho, Manufahi Municipality, with the reference number TENDER/116/PGR-2024, which was held at the NPC’s meeting room. The price bid opening is a stage in procurement process, that comes after the technical bid evaluation. To get to this stage, bidders must have got a minimum score and passed at the technical bid evaluation, as per the bidding documents. Ms. Graciete Ximenes led the price bid opening process, as NPC’s National Procurement Officer.
