NPC’s Coordinator for Procurement of Works, Mr. Valdo da Cruz participated in the Pre-Bid Meeting for Rehabilitation of Road Package A (Manatuto/ Manufahi Municipality), National Road (Arterial A14) Natarbora - Betano, L = 7.5 Km with the Reference No. TENDER/224/MOP-2024, in NPC meeting room Balide, Dili. This meeting had a great participation from the companies interested in bidding. The meeting was also attended by NPC’s National Advisor, Mr. Anderias Tani, along with the representative from the Ministry of Public Works, Mr. Martinho Graciano, as project owner who addressed all the technical questions from the companies.
