CNA’s National Procurement Officer, Mr. Hermenegildo Fernandes led the Pre-Proposal Conference for the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) for the New Construction of Production Centre Weberek Correctional Building Project with the reference No. TENDER-RFP/013/MOJ-2025, held at CNa’s meeting room in Balide, Dili. This meeting had a great participation from the companies interested to bid. The meeting was also attended by NPC’s International Advisor, Mr. Abdul Basit, along with technical representative team from the Ministry of Justice, who addressed all the technical questions from the
companies.
