CNA’s Coordinator for Procurement of Works, Mr. Valdo Cruz facilitated the Pre-Proposal Meeting for Design, Build and Finance (DBF) of Zumalai – Natarbora Highway Project with the reference No. TENDER/040/MPRM-2025, in City 8 Leadership Room, Rua de Has Laran, Manleuana, Dili. This meeting had a great participation from the companies interested to bid. The meeting was also attended by NPC’s Deputy Director Mr. Nelson dos Santos, the representative of Project Owner led by the Vice President of Timor Gap Mr. Alexandre Cristovão, and Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MPRM)’s Advisor Mr. Deonisio dos Santos, as well as other International and National Advisers who addressed all the technical questions from the companies.
