CNA’s technical team and the National Parliament (PN) representatives took part in the technical bid opening for the Supply of Vehicles for National Parliament of Timor-Leste with reference number: TENDER/012/PN-2025. The technical bid opening took place at CNA’s meeting room in Balide – Díli, and it was facilitated by Mr. Boaventura Pereira as National Procurement Officer. From the publication of the invitation for bids until the deadline set for bids’ submission - on Tuesday, May 06, 2025 at 15:00pm - CNA received Twelve (12) bids for the above-mentioned project. In this event, all bidders are from Timor-Leste included the Joint Ventures. In accordance with procedural rules, the representatives of each bidder, as well as the Project Owner can participate in the public bid opening session in order to assure the transparency of the public tender process. At the end, all parties signed the minutes of technical bid opening – namely CNA, PN as the project owner and the representatives of each company, who then received a copy of the document.
