CNA’s technical team and the Ministry of Public Works (MOP) representatives participated in the technical bid opening for Rehabilitation of Road Boarder Ainaro to Covalima (A02-05) Casa Fatuk Bo’ot Webaba in Zumalai Roads Sta. 0+000-7+000 with the reference number: TENDER/227/MOP- 2024. The technical bid opening took place at CNA’s meeting room in Balide – Díli, and it was facilitated by Mrs. Lucresia Soares as National Procurement Officer. From the publication of the invitation for bids until the deadline set for bids’ submission – on Wednesday, May 07, 2025 at 15:00pm - CNA received Six (6) bids for the above-mentioned project. In this event, the majority of bidders are from China (3) included JV, Indonesia (1) and Timor-Leste (2) included JV. In accordance with procedural rules, the representatives of each bidder, as well as the Project Owner can participate in the public bid opening session in order to assure the transparency of the public tender process. At the end, all parties signed the minutes of technical bid opening – namely CNA, MOP as the project owner and the representatives of each company, who then received a copy of the document.
