CNA’s technical team and the Ministry of Public Works (MOP) representatives took part in the Technical Bid Opening for New Construction of Ministry Public Works Office Building, Dili, Timor-Leste with the reference number: TENDER/225/MOP-2024. The technical bid opening took place at CNA’s meeting room in Balide – Díli, and it was facilitated by Mr. Boaventura Pereira as National Procurement Officer. From the publication of the invitation for bids until the deadline set for bids’ submission – on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 15:00pm - CNA received thirteen (13) bids for the above-mentioned project. In this event, the majority of bidders are from China (11) included JV, and Indonesia (2). In accordance with procedural rules, the representatives of each bidder, as well as the Project Owner can participate in the public bid opening session in order to assure the transparency of the public tender process. At the end, all parties signed the minutes of technical bid opening – namely CNA, MOP as the project owner and the representatives of each company, who then received a copy of the document.
