CNA’s technical team and the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MCI) representatives took part in the Technical Bid Opening for New Construction of Municipal Market in Ermera (Municipality of Ermera) with the reference number: TENDER/180/MCI-2025. The technical bid opening took place at CNA’s meeting room in Balide – Díli, and it was facilitated by Mrs. Jumerlinda Freitas as a Quality Control Coordinator. From the publication of the invitation for bids until the deadline set for bids’ submission – on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 10:00 pm - CNA received ten (10) bids for the above-mentioned project. In this event, the majority of bidders are from China seven (7), Indonesia one (1), and Timor-Leste (2). In accordance with procedural rules, the representatives of each bidder, as well as the Project Owner can participate in the public bid opening session in order to assure the transparency of the public tender process. At the end, all parties signed the minutes of technical bid opening – namely CNA, MCI as the project owner and the representatives of each company, who then received a copy of the document.
