CNA’s National Procurement Advisor, Mr. Anderias Tani, facilitated the Pre-Proposal Conference for the following two projects consecutively in CNA’s Meeting Room Balide, Dili:
1. Consulting Services for Detailed Engineering Designed (DED) Preparation for Aileu-Gleno-Liquica Water Supply and Sanitation (TENDER-RFP/054/MOP-2025)
2. Consulting Services for Detailed Engineering Designed (DED) Preparation for Ainaro-Suai- Maliana Water Supply and Sanitation (TENDER-RFP/055/MOP-2025).

These meetings had a great participation from the Consultants interested to submit their proposals. The meetings were also attended by NPC’s International Advisor of CNA Mr. Abdul Basit along with technical representative team from the Ministry of Public Works (MOP), Mr. João Gomes, Water Adviser, Mr. Nelson Mesquita, Project Manager (PMU/BTL.EP), and Mr. Amelio Quintas, Water Technical Advisor (PMU/BTL.EP), who addressed all the technical questions from the companies. Based on the RFP Document, the submission of proposals for the DED Preparation in six (6) Municipalities will due on 10 July 2025.
