CNA’s technical team, together with representatives from the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MPRM) and Timor GAP technical team took part in the Technical Bid Opening for Design Build and Finance (DBF) of Suai Supply Base (SSB) with the reference number: TENDER/039/MPRM- 2025. The meeting was also attended by NPC’s Executive Director, Mr. Hermingardo Soares and Vice President of Timor GAP, Mr. Alexandre Cristovão. The technical bid opening took place at CNA’s meeting room in Balide – Díli, and it was facilitated by Mrs. Maria Jose Pinto as Coordinator for Goods Services Procurement. From the publication of the invitation for bids until the deadline set for bids’ submission – on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 15:00 pm - CNA received one (1) bid from China. In accordance with procedural rules, the representatives of each bidder, as well as the Project Owner can participate in the public bid opening session in order to assure the transparency of the public tender process. At the end, all parties signed the minutes of technical bid opening – namely CNA, MPRM TIMOR GAP, as the project owner and the representative of the company, who then received a copy of the document.
