NPC’s Quality Control Coordinator, Mrs. Jumerlinda Freitas, together with the technical team from the National Parliament (PN), attended the price bid opening for the project of Supply of Vehicles for National Parliament of Timor-Leste, with the reference number TENDER/012/PN-2025, which was held at the NPC’s meeting room. Facilitated by Mr. Boaventura Santa Pereira as NPC’s National Procurement Officer, the price bid opening is a stage in procurement process, that comes after the technical bid evaluation. To get to this stage, all bidders must have obtained a minimum score and passed at the technical bid evaluation, as per the bidding documents.
