The Minister of Planning and Strategic Investment (MPIE), H.E Mr. Gastão Francisco de Sousa, together with all Directors under MPIE’s supervision, presented the financial proposal for fiscal year 2026 to the Budget Review Committee (BRC). NPC’s Executive Director Mr. Hermingardo Albano Soares and Deputy Director Mr. Nelson dos Santos took part in this event presenting NPC’s budget plan for 2026.
