NPC’s Quality Control Coordinator, Mrs. Jumerlinda Freitas, with Mr. Martinho da Costa Graciano from the Ministry of Public Works (MOP), attended the price bid opening for the project of Rehabilitation of Road Boarder Ainaro to Covalima (A02-05) Casa Fatuk Bo’ot to Webaba in Zumalai Roads Sta. 0+000 – 7+000 with the reference number TENDER/227/MOP-2024, which was held at the NPC’s meeting room. The price bid opening is a stage in procurement process, that comes after the technical bid evaluation. To get to this stage, bidders must have got a minimum score and passed at the technical bid evaluation, as per the bidding documents. The price bid opening process was led by Ms. Graciete Ximenes, as NPC’s Junior Procurement Officer.
