CNA’ Deputy Director, Mr. Nelson dos Santos, the Vice President of Timor GAP, Mr. Alexandre Cristovão, together with the technical team representatives from the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources took part in the Technical Bid Opening for the following Consultancy Services’project:

Project Management Consultant for the Supervision Works of Design Build Contract for the highway road from Zumalai to Natarbora :

1.        LOT 1 : Section 1 – Zumalai – Betano Highway (STA. 34 + 15 – STA. 59 + 767)
2.        LOT 2 : Section 2 – Betano – Uma Berloic Highway (STA. 59 + 767 – STA 85 + 259)
3.        LOT 3 : Section 3 – Uma Berloic – Natarbora Highway (STA 85 + 259 – STA 110 + 787)

The Proposal Bid opening took place at CNA’s meeting room in Balide, Díli, and it was facilitated by Ms. Deliana Monteiro as CNA’s Junior Procurement Officer. From the publication of the invitation for bids until the deadline set for Proposal submission – on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 3 PM - CNA received five (5) proposals for LOT 1 & LOT 2, and eight (8) Proposals for LOT 3 for the subject tender have mentioned above  with the reference number TENDER-RFP/091/MPRM-2025. In accordance with procedural rules, the representatives of each bidder, as well as the Project Owner can participate in the public Proposal opening session in order to assure the transparency of the public tender process. At the end, all parties signed the minutes of technical bid opening – namely CNA, MPRM and Timor GAP, as the project owner, as well as the representatives of each company, who then received a copy of the document.
