NPC’s Deputy Director Mr. Nelson dos Santos with Vice President of Timor Gap Mr. Alexandre Cristovão, together with the technical team from the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MPRM), attended the price bid opening for the project of Design, Build of Finance (DBF) of Zumalai to Natarbora Highway Project LOT 2 Section Betano – Uma Berloic Highway (Sta. 59+767 – Sta. 85+259) with the reference number TENDER/040/MPRM-2025, which was held at the NPC’s meeting room. The price bid opening is a stage in procurement process, that comes after the technical bid evaluation. To get to this stage, bidders must have got a minimum score and passed at the technical bid evaluation, as per the bidding documents. Ms. Rossoneria Alves, NPC’s National Procurement Officer led the price bid opening process.
