CNA’s technical team together with the technical team representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Culture (MESCC) took part in the technical bid opening for the New Construction of the Polytechnic Institute of Betano in Manufahi Municipality with reference number: TENDER/095/MESCC-2025. The technical bid opening took place at CNA’s meeting room in Balide – Dili, and it was facilitated by Mrs. Maria Jose Pinto as a Goods Services Coordinator. From the publication of the invitation for bids until the deadline set for bids’ submission - on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 3 PM - CNA received twelve (12) bids for the above-mentioned project, with companies originating from China, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Timor-Leste (including joint ventures). In accordance with procedural rules, the representatives of each bidder, as well as the project owner can participate in the public bid opening session in order to assure the transparency of the tender process. At the end, all parties signed the minutes of technical bid opening, namely CNA, MESCC as the project owner and the representatives of each company, who received a copy of the document.
