CNA’s technical team and the representatives’ technical team from Anti-Corruption Commission (CAC) took part in the technical Proposal opening for the Consultancy Services for the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of New Construction for the Commission on Anti-Corruption Office Building with reference number: TENDER-RFP/109/CAC-2025. The technical bid opening took place at CNA’s meeting room in Balide – Dili, and it was conducted by Mr. Rogerio Henrique as Junior Procurement Officer. From the publication of the invitation for bids until the deadline set for bids’ submission - on Monday, September 29, 2025 at 15:00 pm - CNA received eight (8) bids for the above-mentioned project. In this event, all bidders from Dili and Indonesia included Joint Venture. In accordance with procedural rules, the representatives of each bidder, as well as the project owner can participate in the public bid opening session in order to assure the transparency of the public tender process. At the end, all parties signed the minutes of technical bid opening – namely CNA, CAC as the project owner and the representatives of each company, who received a copy of the document.
