NPC’s National Procurement Officer, Mr. Hermenegildo Fernandes, with the technical team from the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), attended the financial proposal opening for the project DETAILED ENGINEERING (DED) FOR THE NEW CONSTRUCTION OF PRODUCTION CENTER WEBEREK CORRECTIONAL BUILDING with the reference number RFP/013/MOJ-2025, which was held at the NPC’s meeting room. The financial proposal opening is a stage in procurement process that comes after the technical proposal evaluation. To get to this stage, bidders must have obtained a minimum score and passed at the technical proposal evaluation, as per the RFP documents.
