CNA’s technical team led the technical Proposal opening for the Feasibility Studies for the Development of Four (4) Regional Airstrips (Same, Maliana, Viqueque, Lospalos) with reference number: TENDER- FP/086/MTC-2025. The technical proposal opening took place at CNA’s meeting room in Balide – Dili, and it was conducted by Ms. Odelia Magno as Junior Procurement Officer. From the publication of the invitation for proposals until the deadline set for proposals’ submission - on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 15:00 pm - CNA received twenty (20) proposals for the above-mentioned project. In this event, all proposers from Timor-Leste, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, Portugal, Republic of Korea, New Zealand and Hong Kong included Joint Venture. In accordance with procedural rules, the representatives of each proposer, as well as the project owner can participate in the public proposal opening session in order to assure the transparency of the public tender process. At the end, all parties signed the minutes of technical proposal opening – namely CNA, MTC as the project owner and the representatives of each company, who received a copy of the document.
