Executive Director of NPC, Mr. Hermingardo Albano Soares was the Speaker at the State General Inspection (IGE) National Workshop with the theme “Strengthening the Knowledge of Inspectors and Auditors in IGE to Promote Quality of Service on Contracts and Supervision in Public Administration.” This workshop is important to share information about the role and services of NPC in the Democratic State of Timor-Leste to ensure quality services in the area of ​​procurement. Besides NPC, the organizing committee also invited ADN.IP as Speaker in the ‘2-day’ event, 29- 30 October 2025.
