CNA’s technical team together with representatives from the Ministry of Public Works (MOP) took part in the Technical Bid Opening for 2 projects as follows:

1. Road Rehabilitation of Municipio Roads JCT A-16 Bobonaro to Lolotoe Town STA. 0+000 – 8+900 (8.9 km) (TENDER/106/MOP-2025);
2. Road Rehabilitation of National Roads Link JCT. Lourba (Bobonaro) – Atsabe – JCT. Letefoho (Ermera) (48.93 KM) (TENDER/107/MOP-2025).

The technical bid opening took place at CNA’s meeting room in Balide – Díli, and it was facilitated by Mrs. Jumerlinda Freitas as Quality Control Coordinator and Mrs. Deliana Monteiro as Junior Procurement Officer. From the publication of the invitation for bids until the deadline set for bids’ submission – on Tuesday, November 4 th, 2025 at 3 PM - CNA received ten (10) bids for the TENDER/106/MOP-2025 and fifteen (15) bids for TENDER/107/MOP-2025. In accordance with procedural rules, the representatives of each bidder, as well as the Project Owner can participate in the public bid opening session in order to assure the transparency of the public tender process. At the end, all parties signed the minutes of technical bid opening – namely CNA, MOP as the project owner and the representatives of each company, who then received a copy of the said document.
