The MPIE family gathered for a Thanksgiving Mass at 9:00 AM in the Cathedral Church of Dili, presided over by Fr. Nivio Lebre, Canossian. Following the Mass, a charity event was held in front of the Cathedral, with donations made to four orphanages and to the AHISAUN Foundation, which supports people with disabilities.

The celebration continued with the joint Christmas Party at 4:00 PM in the GMN TV Hall in Bebora, Dili, under the theme: “MERRY CHRISTMAS 2025 AS A RENEWAL OF HOPE FOR THE MPIE FAMILY TO LIVE IN CHRIST AND SERVE THE NATION WITH DEDICATION AND RESPONSIBILITY.

The Christmas Party brought together all MPIE staff and its affiliated agencies, namely ADN, CNA, FDCH, and SGP, alongside His Excellency the Prime Minister, Mr. Kay Rala Xanana Gusmão, as well as His Excellency the Minister of MPIE, Mr. Gastão Francisco de Sousa who were joined by several members of the Government and leaders of the respective agencies.
