The Technical Team from CNA led the Financial Proposal opening for the Consulting Services for Construction Supervision of Laclo-Sumase Irrigation Scheme, Manatuto Municipality, with the reference number TENDER-RFP/175/MAPPF-2025, which was held at the NPC’s meeting room. The Financial Proposal opening is a stage in procurement process, that comes after the technical bid evaluation. To get to this stage, bidders must have got a minimum score and passed at the technical bid evaluation, as per the bidding documents. Mrs. Maria Jose Pinto, NPC’s Goods & Services Unit Coordinator led the Financial Proposal opening process.
