NPC’s Procurement of Works Coordinator, Mr. Valdo S. da Cruz, together with the technical team from the Ministry of Public Works (UIVP), attended the price bid opening for the project of Road Upgrading and Maintenance of Lautem – Lospalos Section STA. 00+060 – STA. 28+040 (27.90 KM with exception) in Lautem Municipality, with the reference number TENDER/177/MOP-2024, which was held at the NPC’s meeting room. The price bid opening is a stage in procurement process, that comes after the technical bid evaluation. To get to this stage, bidders must have got a minimum score and passed at the technical bid evaluation, as per the bidding documents. Ms. Nayara Fernandes led the price bid opening process, as NPC’s Junior Procurement Officer.
