CNA’s Technical Team together with Be’e Timor Leste (BTL.EP) technical representatives took part in the Proposal Submission and Opening sessions for Consultancy Services 2 projects, namely:

1. Consulting Services for Detailed Engineering Designed (DED) Preparation for Aileu-Gleno-Liquiça Water Supply and Sanitation (TENDER-RFP/054/MOP-2025)
2. Consulting Services for Detailed Engineering Designed (DED) Preparation for Ainaro-Suai- Maliana Water Supply and Sanitation (TENDER-RFP/055/MOP-2025)

The technical proposal opening took place at CNA’s meeting room in Balide – Díli, and it was facilitated by Mr. Anderias Tani as National Procurement Adviser, and Mrs. Maria Jose Pinto as Goods and Services Coordinator. From the publication of the request for proposals (RFP) until the deadline set for proposals’ submission – on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 15:00 and 16: 00 pm respectively, CNA received twelve (12) proposals for each of the two packages mentioned-above. In accordance with procedural rules, the representatives of each proposer, as well as the Project Owner can participate in the public proposal opening session in order to assure the transparency of the public tender process. At the end, all parties signed the minutes of technical proposal opening – namely CNA, BTL as the project owner, and the representatives of each company, who then received a copy of the document.
