By directive of the Council of Ministers, teams from the National Procurement Commission (NPC), Timor GAP, E.P., and the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MPRM) – led by NPC’s Deputy Director, Mr. Nelson dos Santos Gusmão - convened to initiate contractual negotiations with the awarding company for two strategic national projects:
- Design, Build and Finance (DBF) of the Suai Supply Base (TENDER/039/MPRM-2025)
- Design, Build and Finance (DBF) for Zumalai to Natarbora Highway Project, Lot 3: Section3 – Uma Berloic to Natarbora Highway (TENDER/040/MPRM-2025)
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of TIMOR GAP, Mr. Rui Soares, and its Vice-Chairman - Mr. Alexandre Soares Cristóvão - as well as the technical advisor of the Project Owner (MPRM), Mr. Deonísio dos Santos. The negotiations were held at the headquarters of Timor GAP, in Dili, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
